Listeria Fraser Broth Base Half Concentration is used, with the addition of ferric ammonium citrate, for primary enrichment in the procedure for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria spp. in samples of the food chain (ISO 11290-1) and as diluent for sample preparation in the enumeration procedure (ISO 11290-2)
